Eating the wrong foods can be causing you pain, arthritis, and lowering your immune system!
Exercise - The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a clear, colorless fluid containing white blood cells that helps rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. Exercise not only strengthens your muscles but stimulates the pumping of millions of lymph vessels to cleansing your body and detoxifying it. Exercise also increases blood flow with nutrients and enhances oxygenation into each cell, tissue and organ. Remember that stretching is also an important phase of exercise.

Lack of sleep is also attributed for increase risk of being involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Fun - A Healthy balance between work, responsibility and fun is required for better health.
